Femache or femasle is a gender identity in which one simultaneously experiences male and female genders. Femache is similar to bigender and multigender.

Etymology

The term femache combines West Iberian words fêmea/fembra and macho, suffixed with gender-neutral neologistic -e.[1] Femasle derives femella/femelle and masle, the French words for female and male.[2][3]
