Cisneutral
Cisneutral is the claiming of ones cisness to be neutrally gendered or claiming of ones gender neutrality as part of ones cisness. It describes cisgender neutrality.[1]
History
The cisneutral flag was created on October 1, 2022 by Tumblr user beyond-mogai-pride-flags,[1] and the alternate flag was created by Tumblr user ryanyflags.[2]
