CTF AMAB
CTF AMAB is a gender identity for intersex people in which one feels as though, despite bodily being close to female, they are AMAB in some way or another, no matter what gender they were technically designated at birth.
Some common experiences may be as follows:
- having close to female genitalia (or generally considering yourself close to female) yet having other traits that are often seen in AMAB individuals, such as a high level of testosterone, facial and body hair, a deeper voice, a flat or "boxy" body type, etc.
- being close to female or designated / assigned female at birth, yet being raised or perceived as an AMAB individual.
- being designated / assigned male at birth, yet due to other traits you consider yourself close to female.
- any other experience where you may consider yourself both close to female and assigned male at birth.
