Binarian (also known as binary-aligned) is a term that describes someone that is aligned with one or both of the binary genders in some way. This can mean someone that is male or male-aligned, female or female-aligned, or both. Binarian individuals do not have to exclusively be aligned with binary genders, and can also experience non-binary or abinary genders, as long as they experience binary genders.

History

The term was coined on October 14, 2020 by Tumblr user conformant-archive. The flag was included in the coining post.[1]
