Cisic is a label for Trans people that believe that Trans exclusionist "identities" should not be recognized as valid by the LGBTQIA+ community.

Cisic Trans people view their gender and birth sex as things that should naturally be aligned to fit their identity. They feel that they should've been assigned the sex that is most commonly associated with their gender identity. Because of this, Cisic Trans people do not allow their birth sex to categorize themselves or their identities.

While some Transgender people define themselves to be a separate category from Cisgender people on account of their birth sex,[1] Cisic Trans people do not feel comfortable acknowledging their birth sex as a means of defining themselves when it comes to gender or sex. The identity of a Cisic person is shaped heavily by Cisgenderism, rather than being Transgender, separately.

  • An example of a Cisic Trans person would be a Transgender Woman who does not categorize herself as "a Trans Woman," unless doing so is understood as highly and/or appropriately necessary. Instead, she simply categorizes herself plainly as a Woman, the majority of the time.

By default, Cisic Trans people are uncomfortable with the idea of others being attracted to them on account of their birth sex, and not the combination of gender and sex that they are aligned with instead. They feel especially invalidated by this logic.

Being Cisic does not mean refusing to acknowledge one's significant struggles as a Transgender person. Instead, it simply means that someone who is Cisic is normally highly uncomfortable acknowledging their birth sex. As such, Cisic Trans people naturally have their mindset composed as if they are Cisgender, and view themselves as an equal. Some Cisic people may not feel comfortable disclosing or discussing the fact that they are Transgender at all, and will only do so at moments where doing so is considered to be highly necessary, which tends to be for medical purposes.

Cisic Trans people may tend to struggle more with Gender Dysphoria than those who aren't Cisic, but that does NOT always mean that their Dysphoria can be classified as diagnosable.

Flag

The Flag has patterns resembling a reversed version of the Cisgender Flag[2], and an upright version, with a black stripe in the middle. This is meant to symbolize how the Transgender identity of Cisic Trans people revolves around Cisgenderism. The black stripe is meant to symbolize a significant lack of sex-gender diversity in terms of one's Trans identity. There is also a fairly small circle in the middle of the Flag, which features the blue and pink colors from the Transgender Flag, in the same stripe order as the Transgender Flag[3], except there is no white stripe in the middle. This is meant to emphasize the significant lack of sex-gender diversity in terms of one's Trans identity, as mentioned before with the black stripe.

It might be worthy to note that the Transic Flag is simply an inverted version of the Cisic Flag.

History

The label Cisic was officially coined on November 19th, 2025 (11/19/2025) by CRUZIFIXX[4] on Orientation Wiki but had to be moved because it wasn't relevant to that wiki. Because it has been imported CRUZIFIXX's edits can be seen here on gender wiki. The original page on Orientation Wiki claimed to also have coined Transic[4] but no such page or post exists.
