Any post with a trigger warning should have 25-35 lines of space between the warning and the triggering content; enough that one would have to scroll to see the triggering content. Additionally, if the triggering content is in a reply to a Discussions post, it should have an equal amount of space at the bottom as well with another trigger warning, in case of someone scrolling up and onto the content.<br />
