It was originally a term for those who regret medically transitioning and wish to go back but as a gender. On December 12th, 2021, Fandom user [https://gender.fandom.com/wiki/User:BitzOfPuzzelPeices?useskin=fandomdesktop BitzOfPuzzelPeices] asked about giving the term a new definition as it was not actually a gender itself.
