*Someone who was a lesbian [[Trans Woman|trans woman]] and [[Detrans|detransitioned]], but still feels a connection to [[Woman|womanhood]], [[femininity]], and/or being a lesbian
*A lesbian who is [[AMAB]] and a [[Masculinity|masc]]-/[[man]]-aligned gender and partially identifies as cis but partially doesn't
*A lesbian who is [[intersex]] and [[non-binary]] and identifies as cis because of that, and partially identifies as a boy/man or calls themself a boy/man
*A lesbian who is intersex and a [[trisgender]] man, having previously identified as a [[Woman|girl]], but still feels a connection to womanhood, femininity, and/or being a lesbian
*A [[Transfeminine|transfem]]/[[transneutral]]/etc who reclaims being called cis/a man
*A lesbian who is [[cusper]] between being a trans woman and a feminine cis man
*A system where the members are a mix of lesbians and cis straight men and use "lesbian cis man" as a collective term
