The feminine equivalent is faesari.
Common Definitions
History + Etymology
The term cenrell [sen-rell] comes from the word drell, an all male species from the Mass Effect series. The gender itself was coined by Tumblr user Synheart, but uploaded to Beyond Mogai Pride Flags Tumblr blog on January 16th, 2018.

The colors of this first flag are based loosely on the different skin tones found in the drell species in the Mass effect games.

An alternate flag was posted by Tumblr user feraltucute on July 4, 2019. The blues represent the intensity of masculinity, the greens stand for the neutral gender spectrum, and the white represents void of gender or genderless.
