It is different from quoimasc because it specifies that one's gender is related to being a boy/[[man]] in some way, rather than just relating to masculinity.

== Flag ==
The quoiboy pride flag was coined by Fandom user Contie on August 14, 2021. The design was inspired by the quoimasc flag:

* Light-purple stripes (top and bottom) represents the mystery of the gender.
* Bright blue stripes (before and after the purple) represent certain masculinity.
* Black (center) represents questioning/confusion of gender.

It is unkown what the extra purple stripes mean on the quoiboy pride flag.
